Fire Commissioner Applications
The Board of Trustees of the Cary Fire Protection District (District) are accepting applications for qualified Cary Fire Protection District residents who would like to be considered for an initial appointment to the Board of Fire Commissioners (BOFC) for the Cary Fire Protection District. The Board of Fire Commissioners consists of three members. There are three positions available; one member shall be appointed to serve until the first Monday in June 2025, another to serve until the first Monday of June 2026, and the third to be appointed to serve until the first Monday in June 2027.
Applicants interested in the position for Fire Commissioner, can download and fill out the Fire Commissioner Application Questionnaire at www.caryfire.com. Applications shall be returned to Cary Fire Protection District Headquarters Station at 400 Cary-Algonquin Road, Cary, IL 60013 before April 10, 2024. Applicants will be contacted regarding interviews for the position Fire Commissioner.
